About Us
Unity Health on Main is a community-led Community Health Center that serves the Medically Underserved Area (MUA) of Greenville County.
Unity Health on Main was formed in 2016 in response to past and current community needs assessments which identified access to healthcare as one of four main priorities. We’re led by a group of grassroots community volunteers passionate about addressing the needs of a medically underserved area.

To continuously improve the overall health and wellbeing of the community we serve.
Vision
To provide access to compassionate, affordable primary healthcare services in the community by establishing a culture that champions patient-centered care and pursues community partnerships and strategic relationships.
UHM was developed to help reduce area health disparities.
We do that by creating a neighborhood-based health center and providing comprehensive primary care health services that are culturally competent and client-driven in a location that is easily accessible to public transportation.
